Old Town Auto care has been servicing my car for probably the last 12 to 14 years I first dealt with John and his son Jason and was told that they were incredibly honest and trustworthy. I had been cheated by every mechanic I had ever taken my car too. They see a single woman and they just mess you about. This was never the case with John and Jason always and I do mean always the integrity that was shown was like I was their daughter or sister. The pricing was honest and fair when they were diagnosing my vehicle for a problem it was 100% on the up and up. They never tried to me for repairs that were not necessary , if I didn’t need tires or brake job, They let me know they told me will let you know when the time is right, but it’s not now your tires are good. Your brakes still Have tried you’re good. Will let you know when the time is right and this is how they always conduct their business. They do not ever do unnecessary repairs. I have both of my children take their cars to Old Town Auto care I have recommended them to friends. I will not take my car to anyone else. There are very few I feel honest and reputable auto repair companies. I have known people who work for dealerships in the service area and they have told me of what they are required to do when customers bring in their vehicles and from experience none of that happens at Old Town Auto care I have never been taken advantage of pricing is very fair and reasonable they are friendly. They are family oriented and I feel very honoured and privileged to be a customer.
