I was referred to Jason at Old Town Auto Care from a user of Next Door. I had a bad experience at a previous mechanic and was looking for someone I could trust and who would do a good job. Jason did a great job and I will keep using his shop as long as I live in Pleasanton.

As a senior he helped me navigate through a difficult extended warranty process and went way above and beyond advocating for me to get my gear shift fixed.
