Been coming here for a couple years now. These guys are super friendly and not only that they explain everything that's going on with your car. Bought a new Nissan Versa and they let me know they pull up the specific car's repair instructions from the dealer. Also they use the exact parts that should be installed advised by the manufacturer. Replaced my old car place that was really cheap that always tried to "figure out" what was wrong and used the cheapest parts they could find. It was great until they put in the wrong sized axle and ruined my transmission and had to get a new car. I moved to alameda but still make my way out to old town in Pleasanton!

Old Town Auto Care is awesome. John and his son Jason are among the few honest mechanics of the world. Had my front rotors and pads replaced. I knew they had to be done but didn't say anything just asked for an assessment, and they didn't try and BS me or sell me on anything else. They also did a once over on my car and checked fluids which was appreciated. I recently moved to the area and this one experience has determined that Old Town will be my go to place from now on. Price was SUPER fair and competitive as well, actually less than half the cost of the local dealer believe it or not. Thank you guys for the great work my car is not shaking AT ALL now!
